Yes! $300 pet fee for first pet, $200 pet fee for second, $20 pet rent per month per pet.

$50 application fee per person, $200 reservation fee due upon submitting the application. Move-in fees include security deposit (starts at $250 but could increase to half a month rent, or a full month depending on credit history, employment history, and rental history), pro-rated rent, and applicable pet fees and pet rent.

Residents can pay online through their resident portal, pay by phone, pay by text, or bring personal checks or certified funds to the office.

We have $8 trash fee, plus water/sewer bill which fluctuates based on consumption.

Rent includes parking, the amenities in the apartment, on-site miantenance, and pest control.

No one else may occupy the apartment. Persons not listed on the lease must not stay in the apartment for more than 2 consecutive days without prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month. 

There is a bus station on Shannon Road right next to the community.

From Downtown Durham, head Southwest on Blackwell St. Turn right onto Lakewood Avenue. Continue onto University Drive. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto University Drive. Turn left onto Shannon Road, and the community will be on the left hand side.
